Our friendly and informal sessions are run by an expert training team that have undergone full system training and are enhanced CRB checked for added security. The training team are readily available to offer you training at a time and location suitable for you.

We also offer a training helpline for those who have taken part in a training course. The training helpline is a recap service for LV and PCS customers, which provides a five minute refresher for nominated practice trainers who are seeking assistance following an on-site training session.

EMIS Field Operations is a Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) accredited learning provider.
Through the accreditation, EMIS field operations adhere to the LPI code of practice. In addition to the standard EMIS complaints procedure, the LPI offers a separate complaints procedure focussing on training - it provides you, the customer with even more reassurance if you feel any training related complaint is not being dealt with adequately.
