EMIS has developed its partner programme to aid innovation, cultivate the future development of the electronic GP practice and improve practice efficiencies to enhance patient care.
The EMIS partner programme requires third party suppliers to be committed to interoperability and shared standards - enabling their different products to work together seamlessly, to the ultimate benefit of the practice and its patients.
EMIS is committed to working with all its partners and, where applicable, will provide customers with the level of service underpinned by contractual commitments.

ICE... Desktop Requesting allows practices to request pathology tests online by connecting to local Pathology laboratories. The software enables GPs to directly access the pathology lab system from within the EMIS system and automatically exchange critical information regarding requests made, samples taken and results returned for their patients. Patients can access the Surgery Pod prior to GP consultations. The results are instantly transmitted to EMIS to help monitor a wide range of key indicators including; weight, peak flow, temperature, pulse and blood pressure.
