Reminder Time is a two way messaging system, fully interoperable with EMIS LV and PCS. The system delivers notification to patients for approaching appointments. A message can be delivered to the patient via: SMS message, email or voice messages to a landline or a mobile. A message can be scheduled to be sent a day to a year in advance of the patient’s appointment. This allows the patient opportunity to notify the practice of their intention to attend, cancel or rearrange their appointment and ultimately reduce practice DNAs.
