Healthcare Interoperability

Joined up thinking @ Healthcare Interoperability

30 October 2008

This year’s biggest (and most eagerly awaited) event takes the form of Healthcare Interoperability – a brand new show centred around interoperability, and how it improves patient care.

The event, which is being run by E-Health Media, will bring together leaders in interoperability for a day of demonstrations, debate and thoughtful discussion, as well as the largest EMIS Interoperability Village.

The theme of the village is joined up thinking – and we’ll be showing just what can be achieved when IT systems work together.

About the EMIS Interoperability Village

The EMIS and partners Interoperability Village will bring together members of the EMIS partner programme to demonstrate our technology working together.

The joined-up thinking theme will demonstrate how interoperability is already delivering benefits to practices across the country, in both timesaving and patient care.

Visit the village and see the very best state-of-the-art IT technology from EMIS and its 20+ partner companies, including a number of newly accredited partners.

Visitors will be able to try out the technology for themselves and see how EMIS products interoperate with those of its partners, working together with the patient to help deliver the best possible healthcare in the community.

The event includes a lively exhibition and demonstration area that is open throughout the day, including ‘drop in’ best practice showcase demonstrations.
