APC (Automated Patient Check In) by Savience – touch screen check in system for patients.

APC is an easy to use touch screen system that allows patients to check themselves in for an appointment with a GP or practice nurse. It is like having an extra receptionist at a fraction of the cost!

APC will dramatically reduce queues at the reception desk leaving staff free to focus on other more demanding tasks.

Answering a few simple questions is all it takes for a patient to check in. In normal circumstances the only information required is gender, month and date of birth. APC then finds and displays the patient’s appointment details including time and name of the nurse or doctor, the patient is also given instructions on where to sit… it couldn’t be simpler.
