Appointment ProcessFlows® - reduce costs and see more patients
Appointment ProcessFlows is a fixed price, two-way Patient Notification solution that integrates fully with EMIS Web, LV and PCS systems. The Enterprise modelled solution enables GPs to reduce their ‘Did Not Attends’ substantially and increase patient throughput. The fixed price solution includes two million free text messages per year.
How it works
When an appointment is confirmed, patients automatically receive a reminder via SMS with an option to reply if they wish to cancel or rebook. The incoming SMS triggers the EMIS system to clear the original appointment and alerts the person responsible for bookings. Once a new appointment has been made the patient will be notified by SMS with the updated date and time.
