Image Capture is a fully integrated digital camera designed to help monitor the progression of any visible medical condition, such as skin lesions, ulcers, rashes and scars.
With Image Capture you can 'capture' and attach medical images into the patient’s electronic medical record. An anatomical diagram can also be stored with the photograph (to indicate the precise location as this will not always be obvious from the image itself) and placed onto the record for viewing from within the patient record or attaching to an electronic referral.
