PatientChase is a patient centered single click QOF program which optimises a practice's efficiency in identifying and corresponding with patients for all QOF clinical indicators.
It produces automated mail merged documents based on practices' letterheads or Microsoft Excel exports. The result is a very significant saving on QOF related resources and one letter to one patient with many conditions. Every letter sent is also Read coded and imported into the practice's EMIS system as a file attachment for audit purposes.
