As part of EMIS Access selected patients can view information held within their GP medical record, including:

• medical history (current and past)
• consultation notes
• test/ investigation results  
• immunisations
• allergies
• letters.

A unique user ID and password allows a patient to view an overview of their medical record in a safe and convenient manner whether they are at home, work or abroad from any PC with an internet connection.
