We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). For example, when you login to the common room, or request a demonstration, EMIS asks you for a password where applicable, or for contact information including surgery address, telephone number and email address etc. We use your Personal Information to operate EMIS-online and the services offered by it.

Personal information will be retained on the EMIS customer database for future reference. It will not be used for any other commercial purposes, except where you explicitly request it to. For example, signing up to email updates.

If at any time you believe that EMIS has not adhered to these principles, please notify us, and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to determine and correct the problem promptly.
