ECR (issue) Tracker
Customers are able to monitor the progress of an outstanding issue using the EMIS website. All issues reported to EMIS Support are logged on our internal customer database. A subset of this information and any subsequent activity is then immediately echoed to EMIS Online to ensure that you are constantly updated with the status of your call.
EMIS customers who wish to use this facility should log into the common room. You will need your User ID and Password to enter (available via the EMIS LV, from the main EMIS menu using options EU - EO). If you use GV or PCS, please contact Marketing for your password.
