The EMIS training helpline is a free recap service.

The service provides a five minute refresher helpline for nominated practice trainers who are seeking assistance following an on-site training session.

The training helpline is available to provide advice on any module within your EMIS system. There are three dedicated teams available to answer your queries. They can be contacted on 0845 122 2333 and selecting the relevant automated telephone system extension numbers:

• LV - 27
• GV - 29
• PCS - 53

Please note: if your practice has not received on-site training for the module you are requiring help with, we advise you to contact EMIS Field Operations Support on 0845 123 4455 and arrange a visit from your local operations manager.
