Training - get the most from your IT investment

The EMIS training helpline is a recap service that provides a five minute refresher helpline for nominated practice trainers who are seeking assistance following an on-site training session.

The training helpline is available to provide advice on any module within your EMIS system that you have previously been trained in but may need a quick reminder. There are four dedicated teams available to answer your queries. They can be contacted on 0845 122 2333 and selecting the relevant automated telephone system extension numbers:

• GV - 29
• PCS - 53
• Web - 73

Please note: if your practice has not received on-site training for the module you are requiring help with, we advise you to contact EMIS Field Operations Support on 0845 123 4455 and arrange a visit from your local Operations Manager.
